Swedish Massage ~ Is a combination of light to medium strokes to release tension, relieve pain, restore circulation and promote overall well being.

Deep Tissue Massage ~ Focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissues in an effort to release chronic patterns of tension. It usually involves the application of greater pressure.

 

Neuromuscular Therapy ~ It manipulates the soft tissue of the body to bring balance between the central nervous system and the musculoskeletal system.

 

Sound Therapy  ~ Tibetan bowls are placed on the dressed body or into the health aura and tapped gently with a felt mallet, which induces a feeling of well being throughout the whole being.

Reflexology  ~ By stimulating the reflex points on the feet, we restore the body's balance.

Acupuncture Massage ~ Acupuncture massage is done with a "massage pen" along the meridians to stimulate or calm down the energy, with the goal to bring homeostasis to the whole organism.

 

Ear Acupuncture Massage / Auriculo Therapy ~ Our whole body is represented on our ears and by stimulating specific areas and reflex points on the ear , we bring balance to the system. We find possible application of the method in following areas: hormonal imbalance, anxiety, pain management, allergies, addictions, and more. In general it promotes overall regulation and stabilization of  the body.

 

Myofascial Release ~ Applies sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to restore motion and relieve pain.

Craniosacral Therapy ~ Soft-touch techniques are used to release restrictions in the craniosacral system. It helps to restore a healthy performance of the central nervous system.

 

Reiki ~ Reiki is a japanese technique that helps with relaxation and healing administered by gently "laying on hands" on the body.

Sports Massage ~ Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.

Lymph Drainage after Dr. Vodder ~ Is a type of gentle massage to encourage the natural flow of the lymph from the tissues space body. It manages lymph edema, venous insufficiency, promotes post operative healing, sinusitis and generally boosts the immune system.

Thai Massage or "Lazy Men's Yoga" ~ It is done fully clothed on a Thai massage mat applying a combination of compression, stretching and deep massage to release blockages and to restore a free flow of energy.

 

Shiatsu ~ Is japanese for finger pressure. Shiatsu uses finger/palm pressure, stretching and movement to relieve muscle pain and tension, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and more.
