What is your relationship with HEALTH?

For the longest time I thought that health is related to physical well-being, especially to

weight. As long as I am feeling pretty good in my body and manage to maintain a “healthy weight,” I considered myself healthy.

That changed when some of my professional and personal choices in my life started to make me sick. I still didn’t understand the correlation between my physical and emotional/mental health. I kept experimenting with my diet to the point where I ended up just counting calories to loose weight, in the hopes that would make me happier. Sound familiar? Needless to say it didn’t work. I had to change my view on what being “healthy” meant. It is more than crowding out carbohydrates, sugar, fats and counting calories.

A balanced combination of relationships, career, spirituality and exercise makes up the core of our being. When those factors work in synchronicity and enrich your life in a positive way, you’ll have less need to fill your life up with food that has no nutritional value.

Let us widen your perspective on health and overall well-being together, so you can make better choices in your life.
